What is transformation?

To understand transformation we can look to the process of metamorphosis, such as a caterpillar’s transformation into a butterfly. It’s inherent in the DNA of the caterpillar to develop into its full potential. There is a complete shift in how it views and flourishes in the world in its new form and it can never go back to being a caterpillar.
