  • Visit to BASF to learn about how they added a deep focus on culture to improve their operational excellence and lean efforts
  • Visit to the Ford Rouge factory to study Ford’s legacy of innovation in operations and have dinner with Henry “Sonny” Ford, the great grandson of Henry Ford
  • Various collaborative working sessions with the Co-Creation Team to explore issues on participants’ minds and to reflect on how the right approaches to culture and lean transformations can create sustained business impact

Ajo Peru!
August, 2018

This year, Co-Creation chose Peru as a travel destination to learn about its ancient traditions and draw inspiration for our own continuous development. In the trusted hands of Beáta Alföldi and local Q’ero shaman David Tejada Salas, we journeyed from Cusco to several Incan ruins in the Sacred Valley to the wonder of Machu Picchu. Along the way, we had the opportunity to participate in the indigenous ceremony of the Q’ero tradition: the reverent offering of thanks to Pachamama, mother earth, and the Apus, the spirit of mountains of the Andes. Near the town of Pisac, we spent three days engaging in experiential practices that brought awareness to limiting beliefs and helped us set clear intentions for our individual and collective paths. The sheer beauty of the landscape – its rich green, ancient rock formations, and expanse of sky – added to the feeling of humility, energy, and resolve that we brought back from South America. We can’t wait to bring this spirit into our work with clients.

Here are a few impressions from our trip.

The European Interview: Gaurav Bhatnagar and Mark Minukas Tackle Why Transformations Fail
July, 2018

In response to requests from their executive audience, the European reached out to Co-Creation Partners to focus on the topic of failed business transformations. They wanted to understand why 2/3 of business transformations fail – what sets apart the small minority of long term successful transformations from the large majority of unsuccessful ones. Direct and to the point, the secrets are revealed in this engaging interview. You can also find the published article here.

2 for 2 at OPEX: A Culture of Innovation
February, 2017

Co-Creation attended the 2017 Operational Excellence Awards (OPEX) conference and we were thrilled to see the innovative efforts of our client Arconic recognized! While an OPEX award is itself rewarding, it’s outstanding improvements in organizational culture and business performance that really win the day. Invited to speak at the event this year, we’re becoming a familiar face at OPEX as partners and thought leaders in sustainable, successful business transformation. See how we helped Arconic transform its culture to achieve award-winning results.

The Future of Operational Excellence
February, 2016

Co-Creation attended the 2016 PEX conference, the premier process excellence forum for innovative solutions to current business process challenges. Released in advance, our white paper – on how making the ‘human system’ the focus of transformation efforts manifests extraordinary results – made quite a stir. But the message became clear when our client BASF Corporation won the award for Most Innovative Approach to Driving Culture Change. Awareness around the need to create a high performance culture ran high at the conference, but the ‘how’ was a bit trickier. In fact, the first question to the winner’s panel asked BASF “How the heck did you do it?” Read our case study for answers!

Congratulations!!

Manifesting Breakthrough Business Results Special Event
June, 2015

We had a visceral desire to share our latest thinking on manifestation and creating breakthrough business results, and we lived the process of manifestation to bring our desire to life. We were thrilled to launch the first of our ‘Manifestation Dialogues’ at a breakfast briefing in downtown Manhattan. Surrounded by an atmosphere of innovation and creativity, business leaders gathered and an important dialogue began.

Managing partner Gaurav Bhatnagar led a presentation and conversation on using the principles of manifestation to solve current business challenges, including the increasing need for organizations to continually reinvent themselves to remain competitive. Hearing the latest thinking on achieving breakthrough results as well as new perspectives on historical transformation approaches, leaders learned how seeing the “unseen” was critical to manifesting the results they desire. Activating Manifestation
July, 2014

As most of our clients know, Co-Creation travels each year as an organization to different parts of the world to study different spiritual traditions as part of our ongoing commitment to deliver yet-unthinkable access routes to peak performance. This year Co-Creation Partners travelled to Jerusalem to explore and learn from the inherent power and wisdom there. It’s fundamental to our work as co-creators to experientially evolve and continually expand ourselves into our full potential, and the magic of Jerusalem moved us to new heights of understanding and possibility.

With Jonti Mayer as our guide, we individually and collectively journeyed through inner and outer landscapes and we are incredibly excited to integrate our learnings into our offer. Stay tuned… we’re committed to making this trip a powerful game-changer for ourselves and the clients we serve.

In the meantime, here is a snapshot of our time there.
